Terms of Service

The Platform provides hosted API access to Svara TTS Turbo, our text-to-speech and voice-cloning model, currently offered as an early-access beta to a limited number of teams. The Platform serves Svara TTS Turbo only — Svara TTS v1 remains available separately as an open-source model (Apache 2.0) that you may self-host, and is not offered through the Platform.

Because Svara TTS Turbo is in beta, its features, pricing, model behavior, and availability may change, and the service is provided without any uptime commitment unless we agree to one separately in writing (for example, in an order form).

You need a Platform account to use the API. You may create one directly or by signing in through a supported third-party identity provider, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and API keys, and must keep your keys confidential and notify us promptly at hello@kenpathlabs.com of any suspected unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for keeping it up to date.

You agree not to use the Site or Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law, or the rights of any third party, including privacy, publicity, and intellectual-property rights;
• Clone, synthesize, or impersonate a person's voice without that person's knowledge and consent, or use voice cloning to deceive, defraud, harass, or defame anyone;
• Generate content that is unlawful, that sexualizes or endangers minors, or that facilitates fraud, scams, or impersonation of individuals or organizations without authorization;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract model weights from, or circumvent rate limits or access controls on the Platform;
• Resell or sublicense API access without our prior written consent; or
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, the Platform, or the data it contains.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account we reasonably believe violates this section, with or without notice.

If you submit reference audio for voice cloning, you represent that you own the recording or have the informed consent of the person whose voice is being cloned, and that your use of the resulting clone will not violate that person's rights or applicable law. We may ask you to verify consent before enabling cloning features on your account, and may suspend cloning access if we have reason to believe this section has been violated.

Fees for Platform access, if any, are set out in the pricing or order form you agree to when you sign up or are onboarded as a founding team. Except as stated there, fees are non-refundable. We will give advance notice before changing fees on an active plan.

Kenpath Labs owns the Site, the Platform, Svara TTS Turbo, and all related software, models, and trademarks. Svara TTS v1 is licensed separately and independently under Apache 2.0; nothing here changes that license.

As between you and Kenpath Labs, and subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the audio output you generate through the Platform from your own input text and properly consented reference audio. You grant us a limited license to process your input and output solely to provide and support the service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SITE AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT MODEL OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, PARTICULARLY GIVEN THE BETA STATUS OF SVARA TTS TURBO.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KENPATH LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE PLATFORM IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kenpath Labs harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site or Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including through unauthorized voice cloning.

You may stop using the Site and Platform, and delete your account, at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Platform, with notice where reasonably practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice such as an email or an in-product notification. Continued use of the Site or Platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
