No. Every account gets 10,000 free characters a month, every voice in the catalog, and the same API the paid plans use. You only add a card when you want more characters than that.

Once you have used your free characters for the month, you buy more at ₹1 per 1,000 — about 60,000 characters to an hour of audio. Top-ups are ready to use as soon as the payment clears, stay valid for a year, and do not change your plan.

Requests fail. We do not keep generating and bill you for it afterwards, so running out is never a surprise on an invoice. Top up from the console and requests start working again as soon as the payment clears.

It depends where they came from. Free characters on Pay as you go reset each month and do not carry forward. Characters included with a paid plan roll over once into the following month, on top of that month's allowance — that happens whatever you do with the plan, and they expire if still unused at the end of it. Characters you buy as a top-up stay valid for a year. Whenever you generate speech we spend the ones closest to expiring first.

A concurrent stream is one request generating audio at a given moment. Pay as you go allows 2 at a time and Growth allows 8, while Enterprise is sized to your traffic. One or two are plenty while you are building, but a product answering live calls needs as many streams as it has callers.

Payments run through Razorpay, so anything Razorpay supports works — cards, UPI, net banking and wallets among them.

Yes. As between you and Kenpath Labs, you own the audio you generate from your own text and from reference audio you have consent to use. We keep a limited licence to process your input and output only to run and support the service. The full wording is in section 7 of the Terms.

You can stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. Fees already paid are not refundable, and we give advance notice before changing the price of a plan you are on. Characters you have already bought keep the expiry they came with.
