Privacy Policy
How Kenpath Labs collects, uses, and protects information across this Site and the Svara TTS Turbo platform.
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Kenpath Labs ("Kenpath Labs," "we," "us") handles information in connection with:
- this website, kenpathlabs.com (the "Site");
- the platform.kenpathlabs.com console and API (the "Platform"), through which we provide access to Svara TTS Turbo; and
- related communications, such as our early-access and contact forms.
Svara TTS v1 is open source and self-hosted by whoever runs it — if you use v1 by running the published model weights yourself, this policy does not apply to that activity, since we never receive your data. It applies to the Site, and to the Platform once you sign in or otherwise interact with it.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you fill out the early-access or contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you select, and any message you write. When you create a Platform account, we collect your name, email address, and any profile information made available by a third-party sign-in provider you choose to use (see Section 4).
API and account activity. Once you have Platform access, we collect information needed to operate the API: API keys and their usage (request counts, timing, endpoints called, error rates), billing and plan information, and support correspondence.
Audio you submit. Text and audio you send to the Svara TTS Turbo API — including any reference audio you provide for voice cloning — is processed to generate the response you requested. We do not use customer-submitted audio to train our models without your explicit permission, and we retain it only as long as needed to serve your request, for the abuse and quality-review purposes described in Section 3, or as you separately agree in writing.
Automatically collected data. Like most websites, the Site logs standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring URLs — to keep the Site secure and understand how it is used.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Site and the Platform;
- To authenticate you, issue and manage API keys, and process the text-to-speech and voice-cloning requests you send us;
- To respond to early-access requests, support questions, and other messages you send us;
- To detect, investigate, and prevent abuse — including unauthorized voice cloning, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service;
- To monitor, debug, and improve the reliability and quality of our models and infrastructure;
- To send service updates, security notices, and billing information; and
- To comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.
4. Third-party sign-in
The Platform lets you sign in using a third-party identity provider (for example, Google or GitHub). When you do, the provider shares basic profile information — typically your name, email address, and profile image — with us, subject to the permissions you approve at sign-in and that provider's own privacy policy. We use this information solely to create and secure your Platform account. We do not receive or store your password for these providers, and you can revoke Kenpath Labs' access at any time from your provider account settings.
7. Data retention
We retain account and billing information for as long as your Platform account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements afterward. API request logs and submitted audio are retained only as long as needed for the purposes in Section 3, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Contact and early-access form submissions are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain a record of the interaction.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and API-key scoping — to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.
9. Your rights and choices
You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop processing it, by emailing hello@kenpathlabs.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and consistent with applicable law. Deleting your Platform account will revoke associated API keys and remove your account data, subject to the retention needs described above.
10. International data transfers
We are based in India and may use infrastructure and service providers located in other countries. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected consistent with this policy.
11. Children's privacy
The Site and Platform are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site, the Platform, or applicable law changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice such as an email or an in-product notification.
13. Contact us
