KENPATH LABS EVALUATION LICENCE (v1)

By downloading or using this sample you accept these terms on behalf of the organisation you requested it for (the "Recipient").
- Grant. A free, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, for 30 days from download, to listen to, inspect and run evaluations on the files listed in MANIFEST.sha256 (the "Sample"), only to decide whether to license the full dataset from Kenpath Labs. Kenpath Labs may end it at any time by email.
- No training. The Recipient must not use the Sample, or anything made from it, to train, fine-tune, distil, calibrate or validate any model, other than measuring how existing models perform on it.
- No sharing. Only the Recipient's employees involved in the evaluation may access the Sample. It must not be redistributed, uploaded or published, in whole or in part.
- Privacy. The Sample contains recordings of people's voices. The Recipient must not attempt to identify any speaker or recover any value masked as [pii] or covered by a tone, and must comply with the data-protection law that applies to it.
- Markers. The Sample may carry markers unique to the Recipient. It must not remove or alter them. Data carrying the Recipient's markers found outside the Recipient is treated as having come from the Recipient's copy, unless the Recipient proves otherwise.
- Deletion. At the end of the 30 days, or earlier if Kenpath Labs asks, the Recipient deletes the Sample and everything made from it, and confirms this by email to hello@kenpathlabs.com.
- No warranty. The Sample is provided "as is". Kenpath Labs has no liability in connection with it.
- Law. The laws of India. Disputes are resolved by arbitration seated in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and Kenpath Labs may seek an injunction from any competent court.
